From the 1940s to the 1980s, we forged the history of illumination,

thanks to our intuition, wit and magnificent collaborations.

Stilnovo participates in the 8th Triennale di Milano and immediately activates a communications campaign, focused on the most important specialised magazines in the sector.

1949 - Bruno Gatta partners with his brother Paolo, having recently graduated from university. In September, they open “Stilnovo Srl”, with a share capital of 400,000 Italian Lire. This sets off a managerial pathway which, over the course of just a few years, sees the company become a point of reference in modern lighting.

1951 - Stilnovo participates in the 9th Triennale di Milano and the fair in Oslo, presenting various collections.

In 2019, Stilnovo was acquired by Linea Light Group, inheriting a collection of simple and contemporary light fixtures, designed over the last 10 years and united by the exclusive use of LED technology, in which the Group is world leader. This technological revolution offered solutions that were previously unthinkable.
