We seek a diligent IT Project Manager experienced in Microsoft Dynamics and ERP systems.
Manage IT projects, ERP administration, and liaise with developers. Train
and support users, conduct testing, and create user manuals. Collaborate with
internal/external teams for successful project delivery.

Your Tasks

  • Set and monitor project goals and action plans.
  • Track project timelines, budget estimates, and status updates.
  • Coordinate project resources and team members' responsibilities.
  • Use project management tools for performance and schedule adherence.
  • Conduct meetings to review project goals and progress.
  • Perform basic ERP system administration and documentation.
  • Participate in ERP system development and upgrades.
  • Provide training and support to users.
  • Conduct tests to ensure functionality and quality.
  • Create user-friendly manuals and documentation.

What We Expect From You

  • Some experience in IT/ERP project management, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Basic understanding of project planning, task scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • General knowledge of IT solution development/implementation.
  • Basic problem-solving skills to address any project issues.
  • Ability to organize tasks and manage time efficiently within budget.
  • Interest in learning more about bookkeeping or ERP system development.
  • Ability to align work with company strategic goals.
